How to sign up for AdmitCapture outage notices

Kynoss Studios LLC runs AdmitCapture, the admissions paging system of a hospitalist group. When AdmitCapture isn't reaching phones, we text the people who signed up, and text again when it's working. The texts come from (816) 775-8941 and are signed "AdmitCapture"; Kynoss Studios runs them. Doctors and emergency department contacts each sign up by ticking a box, shown below. Nobody gets these texts without signing up, and signing up is never a condition of anything. The full terms are in section 11 of our text messaging terms.

1. Doctors: a checkbox at AdmitCapture sign-up

When a doctor signs up for AdmitCapture, the sign-up screen shows this box. It starts unticked, and the doctor can sign up without ticking it.

I agree that AdmitCapture may call and text my phone, including automated calls and texts, about admission requests, messages and my shifts, and when AdmitCapture isn't working and when it's back. I can turn texts off by replying STOP.

2. Emergency department contacts: a checkbox when they add their mobile number

When an emergency department contact adds their mobile number to AdmitCapture, the screen shows this box. It starts unticked, and they can save their details without ticking it.

I agree that AdmitCapture may text my phone when it isn't working and when it's back. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. I can turn texts off by replying STOP.

After they tick it, they get one text confirming it:

AdmitCapture: you're signed up for outage texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to stop.

Stopping, help and privacy

Reply STOP at any time to stop, and HELP for help. The HELP reply reads: "AdmitCapture outage notices, run by Kynoss Studios. Help: support@kynossstudios.com or (904) 929-1217. Reply STOP to opt out." You can also email support@kynossstudios.com or call (904) 929-1217. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
