Text messaging terms

These terms apply to text messages that Kynoss Studios LLC ("Kynoss Studios", "we", "us" or "our") sends from its business telephone number, (904) 929-1217 (the "Program"). By texting us, or by giving us your mobile number in a service agreement to receive texts about your system, you agree to these terms.

1. The Program

We send text messages to people who contact us and to the small businesses we build AI systems for, including:

• replies to the messages you send us, and answers to your questions about our services;
• arranging a time for us to call you back;
• for clients, updates about your system and its support.

We don't send marketing or promotional texts.

2. How you join

You join the Program when you text our business number, (904) 929-1217. Clients also join by giving the mobile number to use for texts about their system in their service agreement. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the conversation, and with your system's support if you're a client.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for text messages. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPTOUT or CANCEL, or the Spanish or Portuguese equivalents (PARAR, PARE, ALTO, BAJA, CANCELAR, SAIR or DESCADASTRAR). After you opt out, you'll receive one message confirming it, and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP.

6. Help

Reply HELP for help. You'll receive a message with our name and how to reach us. You can also call or text (904) 929-1217, or email support@kynossstudios.com.

7. Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and coverage, and we can't guarantee that every message will be delivered.

8. Privacy

Our privacy page explains how we collect, use and keep your information, including the texts you send us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
