Add what you have in a few taps -- name, room, brand, model -- or, with Pro, just tell HomeBaseAI by typing, speaking, or snapping a photo and it handles the rest. Browse everything room by room in My Home, or ask where something is.

With Pro, say "I just bought a Samsung fridge for the kitchen" and HomeBaseAI saves it instantly with a confirmation card. It also auto-creates maintenance reminders based on what you saved -- water filter every 6 months, condenser coils every 6 months -- so you never forget.

Snap a label

Point your camera at any product label, paint can, or appliance tag. On any plan, HomeBaseAI attaches the photo and fills in the model and serial numbers it can read. With Pro, AI reads the text and extracts every detail -- brand, model number, serial number, color code -- then saves it to the right room automatically.

A coach that knows your home

HomeBaseAI doesn't just store data -- it uses it. Ask "My water heater is making a popping sound" and get a personalized diagnosis based on your actual water heater's age and maintenance history. Ask "What should I do before winter?" and get a checklist built from your actual inventory, not generic advice.

Home health score

One number that tells you if you're on top of your home -- or if things are slipping. HomeBaseAI watches maintenance compliance, overdue tasks, coverage, and documentation completeness and rolls them into a single 0-100 score. Watch it climb week by week as you stay ahead.
